Makes: 6-8 servings
INGREDIENTS
1 can Al Wadi Foul, drained
2 garlic gloves
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 lemon, juiced
Tomato, parsley, and scallion to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a Nutribullet or food processor and blend until smooth.
In a small bowl, gently toss your tomato, parsley, and scallion with a little bit of olive oil.
Plate your dip and garnish with veggies. Enjoy with a side of pita or on toast!!
