Foul Mudammas

Makes: 6-8 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can Al Wadi Foul, drained

  • 2 garlic gloves

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 1 tablespoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • Tomato, parsley, and scallion to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a Nutribullet or food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. In a small bowl, gently toss your tomato, parsley, and scallion with a little bit of olive oil.

  3. Plate your dip and garnish with veggies. Enjoy with a side of pita or on toast!!
