Makes: 6-8 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can Al Wadi Foul, drained 
- 2 garlic gloves 
- 2 tablespoons olive oil 
- 2 tablespoons water 
- 1 tablespoon cumin 
- 1 teaspoon salt 
- 1 lemon, juiced 
- Tomato, parsley, and scallion to garnish 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a Nutribullet or food processor and blend until smooth. 
- In a small bowl, gently toss your tomato, parsley, and scallion with a little bit of olive oil. 
- Plate your dip and garnish with veggies. Enjoy with a side of pita or on toast!!
