Lebanese Breakfast Foul

Makes: 1-2 servings
INGREDIENTS
2 cans Al Wadi Foul and Balila, drained
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 lemons, juiced
2 garlic gloves, zested
Fresh parsley to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl, gently toss all of your ingredients. Adjust to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
Optional: Serve with a fried egg on top!
