Lebanese Breakfast Foul

Makes: 1-2 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cans Al Wadi Foul and Balila, drained

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt

  • 2 lemons, juiced

  • 2 garlic gloves, zested

  • Fresh parsley to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, gently toss all of your ingredients. Adjust to taste.

  2. Garnish with fresh parsley.

  3. Optional: Serve with a fried egg on top!
