Dinner at the Grocer: Olive Feast with Katie Stilo

Join us for a very special night at Edy’s Grocer as we welcome chef and recipe developer Katie Stilo into our kitchen. Together, we’re bringing you Olive Feast—a cross-cultural Italian and Lebanese dinner that celebrates the beloved olive in all its forms. From mezze to mangia, this menu is rooted in tradition but reimagined with bold, seasonal flavors.

Expect a journey that begins with an extra virgin olive oil flight, za’atar breads, spiced lamb hummus, and labneh burrata with roasted grapes. Then move into hearty mains like olive oil & toum poached fish with lemon and capers, harissa-spiced porchetta with fennel & fig mostarda, and inventive vegetable dishes featuring Aleppo delicata squash and a roasted carrot duo with Sicilian pistachio chili crisp. We’ll close the evening with a sweet collaboration: baklava–tiramisu cups layered with espresso labneh mousse, pistachio, and olive oil.

This is a one-night-only feast where Italian comfort meets Lebanese hospitality—an edible love letter to the olive and everything it represents: abundance, family, and shared tables.
