


Edy's Spice Sessions
We’re kicking off a brand-new monthly cooking class series—Edy’s Spice Sessions—and you’re invited to the very first one! Each month, Chef Edy will spotlight a different Middle Eastern spice, teaching you how to use it in 3–4 recipes that you’ll get to taste along the way.
We’re starting with a true classic: za’atar. In this session, you’ll learn how to mix your own za’atar blend and turn it into a flavorful paste. Then, Edy will demo four delicious dishes—manoushe, a zesty manoushe fattoush salad, creamy za’atar goat cheese, and bright za’atar chicken salad.
Every guest will enjoy the dishes as they’re prepared and head home with their very own jar of za’atar to keep the flavors going.
