Dinner at the Grocer with Tanoreen
We’re back with another unforgettable night at the Grocer — and this one is extra special.
Join us on Monday, April 28th for a pop-up dinner in celebration of Arab American Heritage Month and the highly anticipated launch of the new cookbook from Tanoreen, the beloved Palestinian restaurant in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
This edition of Dinner at the Grocer is a heartfelt collaboration between Edy Massih and Tanoreen’s Rawia and Jumana Bishara, blending Lebanese and Palestinian culinary traditions for a family-style feast that’s rich in flavor, story, and heritage.
We're not just celebrating with food — we're celebrating with a book!
Each ticket includes a copy of Tanoreen’s brand-new cookbook, filled with Rawia’s vibrant recipes, cultural reflections, and culinary wisdom. Rawia will be joining us at the dinner to sign books, share stories, and connect with guests over the dishes that shaped her journey.
Expect a table full of craveable mezze, grape leaf wrapped branzino, decadent chickpeas, kafta stew, finishing off with Tanoreen’s famous Knafeh.
There will be two seatings, at 6:00PM and 8:30PM, hosted at Edy’s Grocer in Greenpoint.
Please note: tickets are priced per person; one ticket = one seat at the table!
A la carte Lebanese beer and wine available.
Seats are limited — come hungry, come curious, and come ready to celebrate a powerful moment in Palestinian and Arab American food culture.
No substitutions. All ticket sales are final.
