It’s time for our July Dinner at the Grocer! We’re so excited to have Top Chef alum, Silvia Barban, chef and owner of LaRina Pastificio & Vino, Briscola Trattoria, and Tortelli, for a special Italian x Lebanese dinner at the Grocer! 🇮🇹🇱🇧
On Tuesday, July 28th, Chef Silvia and Edy are coming together for a summer menu bringing the flavors and traditions of Italy and Lebanon to one table.
We’ll begin with a spread of focaccia, seasonal salads, and small plates layered with bright summer flavors and plenty of herbs, za’atar, and olive oil.
For the mains, expect a family-style feast where Italian and Lebanese flavors meet, from pasta with a little heat to grilled meats and vibrant seasonal sides.
And of course, we’ll end the evening with the iconic labneh mousse sundae- tiramisu edition!
There will be two seatings:
6:00 PM and 8:30 PM
