It’s time for our May Dinner at the Grocer! We’re so excited to announce our first ever Japanese x Lebanese dinner with Jasmine and Musashi in celebration of AAPI Month. The dinner is on Wednesday, May 20th, and you truly don’t want to miss it.
We’re starting with a spread of mezze and small plates: baba ganoush with red miso and black sugar, labneh with ginger and mint, hummus topped with crispy chickpeas and sesame, golden kakiage, and steamed pork gyoza with a minty, spiced yogurt.
Then into the mains: grilled kafta with Japanese curry, octopus with preserved lemon and katsuobushi, pilaf with wasabina pesto, and a bright, herb-packed tabbouleh with yuzu.
And of course, something sweet to end… Classically, a chocolate labneh mousse with Japanese strawberries, olive oil, and sea salt.
There will be two seatings
6:00 PM and 8:30 PM
