Join Edy and Kinan Mansour—Syrian chef, creative powerhouse, and the mind behind some incredible underground dining experiences—on Wednesday, January 14 at 7:00 pm at Edy’s Grocer for a hands-on chickpea workshop dedicated entirely to the chickpea. Together, you’ll start with boiled chickpeas and break down how they’re made, then slowly build them up dish by dish… transforming them into Balila, Fatteh, silky-smooth hummus, creamy Msabbaha, and more, while Kinan shares his techniques and takes you through the flavors, culture, and stories behind each one.

Of course, this isn’t just about the cooking. You’ll be tasting each dish as soon as it’s finished (trust, you won’t be hungry), and as always, we’ll keep things fun with snacks & drinks.
