Next Monday we are BACK for our first meeting of the year with your hosts @chefwillcoleman + @edouardmassih to enjoy a night celebrating โModern Tiffinโ by our friend @priyank , who will also be the first author to join us and will speak at the meeting with us!
Each meeting features a cookbook and theme to discuss with us along with drinks, Q&As, and the very best part โ dishes cooked by Will and Edy from their favorite recipes in each book to taste and enjoy! So if you absolutely LOVE cookbooks and the ones you have on your shelves at home are some of your most prized possessions just like us - and are up for tasting, discussion, and a whole lot of fun - we hope to see you and your pals there to nerd out with us!
For our 2/27 meeting, we will be featuring โThe Modern Tiffinโ, which is all about Priyankaโs world of flavorful vegan dishes - all inspired by her travels, and the bold flavors of her Indian culture. Each recipe has a bit of an Indian twist to it, making it extra zesty just how we like it ๐ฏ๐ Just wait until you taste our favorite recipes from this one because seriously, they are to die for!
