Chocolate Tahini Overnight Oats

A new sweet way to start your day: meet these delicious twist on a classic and nutritious breakfast! Oats really are such a good blank canvas. Soaked in a blend of oat milk, sweet date molasses, rich cocoa, creamy tahini and topped with fresh berries, it’s the most irresistible overnight oat that’s hearty and delicious and I’ve been loving for the winter.

Total Time: 1 Day
Makes: 5-6 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups creamy oat milk

  • 1/4 cup date molasses

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • 1/3 cup tahini

  • 2 ½ cups oats

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • Pistachios (chopped)

  • Fresh fruit for topping

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a blender, pour oat milk, salt, cocoa powder, date molasses and tahini. Blend for 2 minutes until fully combined.

  2. In a large bowl, mix oats and chia seeds.

  3. Pour milk mixture over oats. Mix until fully combined.

  4. Let oats soak overnight in the fridge until it becomes a porridge-like consistency.

  5. Serve in a bowl and top off with chopped pistachios and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
