Za’atar Man’oushe
INGREDIENTS
Bread
2 Naan bread
½ cup Za’atar paste
Veggie topping
¼ cup small diced tomato
¼ cup small diced cucumber
2 tbsp chopped sliced kalamata olives
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Line half sheet tray with parchment paper. Place naan breads and shmear 2-3 tbsp of za’atar paste on each.
2. Bake for 6-7 minutes at 450 F
3. In a small bowl, mix tomatoes, cucumber and olives.
4. When ready, top man’oushe with mixed veggies and enjoy.
